PRIVACY POLICY

Grill Rig Co. (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a BBQ and outdoor cooking equipment discovery website operated by Sales Ultra LLC. We respect your privacy and are committed to transparency regarding how information is handled when you visit our website.

1. Information We Collect

Grill Rig Co. is a static informational website hosted on Cloudflare Pages:

• Browsing & Technical Data: Like most websites, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical request data (such as IP address, browser type, device type, and requested page URL) for security, network delivery, and abuse prevention.
• Newsletter Preview Status: Our homepage displays a “Stay Fired Up” newsletter preview block. Until our email dispatch service is connected and activated, email addresses entered into the preview input are not transmitted to or stored in any database.

2. Affiliate Links & Third-Party Merchants

Grill Rig Co. researches outdoor cooking equipment and participates in affiliate marketing networks (such as Impact). While products are listed as “Research Candidates,” no outbound purchase links are displayed.

Once merchant partnerships are verified and active outbound links (“View Deal”) are published, clicking an affiliate link will direct you to a third-party retailer’s website. Those third-party merchants and affiliate networks may use tracking cookies or URL parameters to record that you arrived from Grill Rig Co. so that we may receive a referral commission on qualifying purchases at no additional cost to you. Your interactions on any third-party retailer website are governed by that merchant’s own privacy policy.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We do not use invasive cross-site advertising trackers on Grill Rig Co. Standard affiliate referral links, once active, may set a referral attribution cookie on the destination merchant’s domain in accordance with standard affiliate network practices.

4. Data Sharing & Sale of Personal Information

Sales Ultra LLC does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties.

5. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as new site features, newsletter services, or merchant integrations launch. Any updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
